The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect LISA SMOOT, biological mother of infant J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021 and A.S., whose date of birth is October 5, 2011, CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG, putative biological father of J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021, or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021,
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that LISA SMOOT, CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG or UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J.S., whose datw of birth is June 14, 2021 and A.S., whose date of birth is October 5, 2011. It is ORDERED that LISA SMOOT, CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG, or UNKNOWN FATHER are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 28th day of October, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of LISA SMOOT, biological mother of infant J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021 and A.S., whose date of birth is October 5, 2011, CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG, putative biological father of J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021, or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021, may be terminated.
