REQUEST FOR ARCHITECT/ ENGINEER STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3 and the requirements of the School Building Authority of WV (SBA), the Administrative Council for Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute (MOVTI) is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional Architectural / Engineering services for the following: 1. Dust Collection System Replacement for Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute. 2. As funds become available for non-SBA funded work Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute is interested in provisions for architectural and engineering services toward fulfillment of building and ground renovation, additions and upgrades. This commitment will be re-evaluated on an annual basis but could be for up to three (3) years for funded projects at Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute. Interested firms should contact Director Ryan Haught by email at [email protected] to request the full and complete Statement of Qualifications requirements package which provides detailed instructions for the content and format of the SOQ submission. Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than November 9, 2021 by 3:00 p.m. local prevailing time via email. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the MOVTI will conduct discussions with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required. The Administrative Council for the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
