reading of the
implementation of the
cross-connection and
backflow prevention
Ordinance, pursuant to the
West Virginia Legislative
Rule 64CSR15. Copies of
the ordinance will be
available for public
inspection during open
office hours at the New
Martinsville City Building,
191 Main Street, New
Martinsville, WV 26155
The cross-connection and
backflow prevention
ordinance shall be subject
to a public hearing on
Monday, November 8,
2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, at the
New Martinsville City
Building, 191 Main Street,
New Martinsville, WV
26155.
First public reading will be
held on November 1, 2021
at 7:30 p.m., at the
Regular Council Meeting,
in the Council Chambers
at New Martinsville City
Building. Second public
reading and adoption of
the said ordinances will
immediately follow public
hearing on November 8,
2021 in the Council
Chambers at the New
Martinsville City Building,
191 Main Street, New
Martinsville, WV 26155.
Any interested person
may appear to be heard at
said public hearing.
