Monday – Friday A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Cabell County Sheriff’s Ona Field Office and garage, at 2726 Howell’s Mill Road, Ona, West Virginia, on Thursday, November 9, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. Said responses to Request for Proposal to construct a new building for the Cabell County Ona Field Office shall be submitted with the bids in a sealed envelope, with the date and time the bids are due on the outside of the envelope, on or before Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., in the Cabell County Commission, Suite 300, Third Floor, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud during County Commission Session at the Cabell County Courthouse. The Cabell County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bids shall be valid for 90 days from the date of the opening.
