Request for Bids Resting ECG Machines Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College is seeking in an RFB is seeking in an RFB for 3 resting ECG Machines to be used in a classroom lab setting. These machines need to produce high quality ECG’s at a fast rate without sacrificing accuracy. The machines need to be equipped with smart tools and have a smart design.
