The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by LISA METZ, biological mother of infant L.M., whose date of birth is July 8, 2021, ALEXANDER LICHWA, putative father of infant L.M., whose date of birth is July 8, 2021 or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant L.M., whose date of birth is July 8, 2021.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that LISA METZ, ALEXANDER LICHWA, and UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant L.M., whose date of birth is July 8, 2021. It is ORDERED that LISA METZ, ALEXANDER LICHWA, and UNKNOWN FATHER are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 15th day of November, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of LISA METZ, biological mother of infant L.M., whose date of birth is July 8, 2021, ALEXANDER LICHWA, putative father of infant L.M., whose date of birth is July 8, 2021 or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant L.M., whose date of birth is July 8, 2021, may be terminated.
