Request for Multimedia Firm Qualifications
Princeton Economic Development Authority
The City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia, is in the process of obtaining qualifications from multimedia firms interested in providing advice and services for the creation of a Princeton Economic Development Authority website, insignia, and logo. Project activities include website procurement, graphic design, digital advertising, marketing, meetings, and liaison services. The consultant will work with the Princeton Economic Development Authority (PEDA), city officials, and third parties as deemed necessary for the completion of the project.
Professional services for the activity funded include: (1) Consult with PEDA and other city officials to identify the most applicable strategy for website style, theme, and layout; (2) Design and procure content to fill the website that will maximize both functionality and usability; (3) Construct the website, insignia, and logo in accordance with agreed upon terms; (4) Monitor website traffic and features for a period of time after inception to ensure accessibility of content; (5) Provide any additional work as deemed necessary for the creation of a digital marketing presence.
Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with any applicable West Virginia State Code. All consultants interested in being considered for this project must submit a letter of qualifications detailing technical expertise, management and staffing, capabilities, and related prior experience.
The objective of the competitive process is to objectively select the firm who will provide the highest quality of service. Technical qualifications and experience will be weighted heavily. Selected respondents may be interviewed and the firm judged; the most qualified will be selected.

Submissions will be accepted until 4:30pm, December 1, 2021. Please provide twelve (12) copies of each submission.
