Now comes the Petitioner, Bank of New York Mellon (fka Bank of New York, successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank), as trustee, in trust for the Holders of Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2003-BC2, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is to quiet title in a Deed of Trust that encumbers the subject real estate commonly known as: 24 Pleasant View Avenue, Wheeling, WV 26003.
It is ordered that Respondents, Unknown Heirs of Ellen Cornell, Unknown Heirs of Carl R. Cornell, Unknow Heirs of Tina M. Cornell, Unknown Heirs of Paul Cornell, do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
