Please take notice that on the 18th of November, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of El Tor Grotto, 271 Bethany Pike, Variance(s) from 1355.03.a: to allow parking in the front yard; (2) 1355.03.c: to reduce the side and rear setback from 5′ to 0′; (3) 1355.04.b: to temporarily allow parking on a gravel lot until Spring of 2022. Purpose of request: develop parking lot.
The property is described as follows:
Part of lot 311, lot 312 and 313 on the Plat of David Alexanders Second Addition to Greggsville recorded in Plat Book 1 page 88 in Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
More commonly known as 271 Bethany Pike
