A public comment period and public hearing is being held as required by federal regional haze regulations. The proposed Regional Haze SIP is available at: the DAQ website at https://dep.wv.gov/daq/publicnoticeandcomment/Pages/default.aspx If you do not have internet capability, please contact the DAQ for alternatives. Comments must be received by the conclusion of the public comment period on December 6, 2021. The DEP is holding the public hearing virtually to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to accommodate commenters who may have had a great distance to travel to attend in person. Instructions for participating and providing oral comments virtually are provided below. Both oral and written comments will be made part of the official record. Comments received after the conclusion of the public comment period will not be accepted.
