The object of the above entitled action is for Martha Jeanette Heindel Finstein to legally change his/her name to Jeanne Finstein. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Martha Jeanette Heindel Finstein to Jeanne Finstein.
A hearing shall be on the 13th day of Dec., 2021 at 2:30 p.m. o’clock before the Honorable Judge Michael J. Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
