General Notice
The City of Bluefield (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Exit 1 Development
USEDA# 01-79-14815
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Bluefield Municipal Building located at 200 Rogers Street, Bluefield, WV until Tuesday, December 14th at 3:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Clearing and grubbing, demolition, bulk grading, site stabilization/erosion and sediment control, water line installation and connections, sanitary sewer force main installation and connections, sanitary sewer pump station upgrades.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: Exit 1 Development, USEDA# 01-79-14815. The Project has an expected duration of 225 days.

Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, November 23rd, 2021 at 9:30 AM at City of Bluefield Municipal Building, 200 Rogers Street, Bluefield, WV 24701. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. A visit to the project site will immediately follow the pre-bid conference.
