To whom it may concern,
The City of Oak Hill by order of Council requires you to repair the structure located at 526 Gatewood Rd., described as Surf 0.88 / Hidden Valley P/O TR 1539/36, Parid 09 13013900000000. Council further requires you to present construction blueprints and the cost of repairs of the structure at the next council meeting scheduled for December 13, 2021.
Please be advised that this order will be advertised once a week for three successive weeks in the local newspaper in Fayette County. Following the expiration of twenty days after the last publication, Council will consider a resolution authorizing the city to perform the repair upon the failure of the property owner to do so.
You or other interested persons have the right to appeal at any time after proceedings are initiated, and before the expiration of period of time during which you, pursuant to order must have begun repair of the structure. Appeal is to the Circuit Court of Fayette County for a temporary injunction restraining further proceedings under Municipal Code 11.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Oak Hill pending final disposition of the cause.
