REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Nitro is requesting proposals to design, provide equipment, and install a flow through splash pad at Nitro City Pool located at 1650 Park Avenue, Nitro, WV 25143. All equipment will be assembled and installed by the supplier. The proposals shall include the costs of delivered and installed splash pad systems as designed, inclusive of the equipment structures, components, hardware, permits, detailed technical installation instructions and maintenance and operations manuals from manufacturer. Suppliers shall provide a maximum of (2) two designs within the budgeted amount. A valid city business license and permit (fee waived) will be required, B&O tax will not be waived.
