The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by AARON VAUGHAN, biological father of A.V., whose date of birth is September 4, 2021 and G.V., whose date of birth is February 20, 2014 and putative father of infant L.V., whose date of birth is April 8, 2015 and/or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant L.V., whose date of birth is April 8, 2015.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that AARON VAUGHAN and/or UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants A.V., whose date of birth is September 4, 2021, G.V., whose date of birth is February 20, 2014 and L.V., whose date of birth is April 8, 2015. It is ORDERED that AARON VAUGHAN and/or UNKNOWN FATHER are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 14th day of December, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. for the Adjudication and Disposition Hearing for the Unknown Father and the Adjudication Hearing for Aaron Vaughan, if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of AARON VAUGHAN, biological father of A.V., whose date of birth is September 4, 2021 and G.V., whose date of birth is February 20, 2014 and putative father of infant L.V., whose date of birth is April 8, 2015 and/or UNKNOWN FATHER of infant L.V., whose date of birth is April 8, 2015, may be terminated.
