Proposals will be accepted until 04:00pm Tuesday December 21, 2021. Proposals will be accepted at the Charleston City Manager’s office, located at 501 Virginia Street East, Room 101, Charleston, WV 25301. Vendors may hand deliver, mail, and mail their submissions. BY MAIL: Where proposals are forwarded by mail, they shall be enclosed in another envelope addressed to: In addition, the name of the firm should appear in the upper left-hand corner, with the name of the project and the proposal opening date and time marked plainly on both envelopes.
