will be received by Monroe County Commissioners, 101 North Main Street R34, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793 at the above address until:
11:00 A.M., Local Time
Monday,
December 20th, 2021
And at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Work includes renovation of the existing break room for a new kitchen in the former Safe Auto building. Construction of a new storage area. Installation of new sanitary, plumbing and electric for proposed kitchen equipment.
The BID DOCUMENTS are on file at Monroe County Commissioners office.
Bid Documents may be obtained for a cost of $50 from Swiss Valley Associates, Inc, 42631 State Route 7, P.O. Box 39; Hannibal, OH 43931, (740) 483-2351.
Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price.
Bidders must comply with the State prevailing wage rates.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Monroe County Senior Center on Monday, December 6th, 2021 at 1:00 PM.
