Sealed bids will be opened by the County Commission during the regular session of the County Commission meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022, or at the next available County Commission meeting at 12093 Winfield Road, Winfield, WV 25213. All sealed bids must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, January 7th, 2022, at the Putnam County Office of Planning and Infrastructure, Putnam County Courthouse, 12093 Winfield Road, Winfield, WV 25213.
