INVITATION FOR BIDS SOUTH PARK HANDRAIL INSTALLATION CHARLESTON-KANAWHA HOUSING, Charleston, West Virginia will receive sealed bids for the South Park Handrail Installation Project until 2:00 P.M. EST on the 14th day of January 2022, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of the installation of handrails at South Park Village. Contractors shall have 3 years minimum experience in steel fabrication and installation.
