Notice To: All Interested Agencies, Groups, and Individuals This is to give notice that Valley Health Systems, Inc. has applied for an American Rescue Plan-Health Center Construction and Capital Improvements Program grant from Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Valley Health Systems, Inc. plans to conduct renovations at the existing facility, including exterior work, located at 3329 Bridge Street in Fort Gay, West Virginia. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of this proposed action within the floodplain as required by Section 2(a)(4) of Executive Order 11988 for Floodplain Management as the proposed action is within and/or affects a floodplain.
