The object of the above entitled action is to seek an adoption of the infant children, ZKC and CCC. The Petitioners have provided an affidavit showing that the Petitioners in the above-entitled case have made diligent efforts to serve Cindy Rapp directly, but have not been able to complete service of process.
IT IS ORDERED that

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Twentynine Palms, California and in Marshall County, West Virginia.
