Separate sealed Bids for the material costs for the Fostoria Bridge Sanitary and Stormwater Sewer Utilities Relocation Project will be received by the Moundsville Sanitary Stormwater Board at 1800 Layfette Avenue, Moundsville, West Virginia 26041 until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Monday December 20, 2021. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30 p.m. (local time), Monday December 20, 2021, at the offices of the Moundsville Sanitary Stormwater Board.
Each Bid must be placed within a sealed envelope and shall include the notation “BID for Materials for Fostoria Bridge Sanitary and Stormwater Sewer Utilities Relocation Project” on the face of it along with the Bidder’s name and address. The Board’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m for inquires or to delivery bids prior to Monday December 20, 2021. Bids delivered via mail (USPS) or other delivery system (UPS, FedEx. Etc.) must be delivered by the above stated date and time for receipt of the Bids.
