Notice of Application
Notice is given that EQT Production Company has
applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
R13 Permit Registration for an existing natural gas
production facility (NMA 10 Well Pad – Pribble) located
at 1884 Huff Ridge Road, New Martinsville, in Wetzel
County, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.69114 N, -80.81982 W.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge in
tons per year (tpy) the following Regulated Air Pollutants
will be:
NOX : 1.74 tpy
CO: 1.46 tpy
VOC: 25.06 tpy
SO2: 0.01 tpy
PM10/2.5: 1.05 tpy
Formaldehyde: 0.00 tpy
Benzene: 0.02 tpy
Toluene: 0.03 tpy
n-hexane: 0.75 tpy
Total HAP: 0.82 tpy
Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e): 3,990 tpy
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia
Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air
Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304,
for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication
of this notice. Written comments will also be received
