NOTICE The City of Charleston is accepting sealed bids for the HVAC renovations to the Martin Luther King Community Center and the North Charleston Community Center. Pre-bid meetings will be held on Thursday January 06, 2021, at 10:00am for MLKCC and 11:30am for NCCC at the facilities. Bids will be accepted until 10:00am Friday Janurary 14, 2021. The bid opening will be held immediately after bids are closed. Bids will be accepted at the Charleston City Managers office, located at 501 Virginia Street East, Room 101, Charleston, WV 25301. Vendors may hand deliver or mail their submissions. BY MAIL: Where sealed bids are forwarded by mail, they shall be enclosed in another envelope addressed to: In addition, the name of the bidder should appear in the upper left-hand corner, with the name of the project and the bid opening date and time marked plainly on both envelopes.
