AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that D&R Properties WV, LLC. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for a burn-off oven located on 5559 Robert C Byrd Dr, in/near Mount Hope, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude: 37-50-46.57 (37.846269); Longitude: -81-12-05.24 (-81.201456)
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
NOx – 0.539 TPY
CO – 0.053 TPY
PM10 – 0.11 TPY
SO2 – 0.053 TPY
VOCs – 0.11 TPY
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of January, 2022. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
