NOTICE
Please be advised that on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in its Chambers on the 2nd Floor of 116 ½ N. Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, the Raleigh County Commission will consider entry of an Order modifying, making and adopting changes to the Precincts as follows:
PRECINCT 1: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 44. The polling location will remain at the Raleigh County Courthouse.
PRECINCT 2: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 44. The polling location will remain at the First Church of the Nazarene.
PRECINCT 3: Precinct 3 was consolidated with Precinct 8, in Delegate District 44, which will still be known as Precinct 3. The polling location for Precinct 3 will be at Crescent Elementary. It is noted that due to the House boundary, three voters are in Delegate District 42 and will have a different ballot style known as Precinct 3A.
PRECINCT 4: Precinct 4 was consolidated with Precinct 5, 6 and 9 and now known as Precinct 4, in Delegate District 44. The polling location will be at Maxwell Hill Elementary School.
PRECINCT 5: Precinct 5 was consolidated with Precinct 4, 6 and 9 and now known as Precinct 4, in Delegate District 44. The polling location will be at Maxwell Hill Elementary School.
PRECINCT 6: Precinct 6 was consolidated with Precinct 4, 5 and 9 and now known as Precinct 4, in Delegate District 44. The polling location will be at Maxwell Hill Elementary School.
PRECINCT 7: Precinct 7 had no changes, with the exception that it is now in Delegate District 44. It is noted that upon renumbered the Precincts it is now known as Precinct 5. The polling location remains at Crescent Elementary School.
PRECINCT 8: Combined Precinct 8 with Precinct 3, in Delegate District 44, and is to be known as Precinct 3 due to the renumbering of the precincts. The polling place location remains at Crescent Elementary School.
PRECINCT 9: Precinct 9 was consolidated with Precinct 4, 5, and 6 and now known as Precinct 4, in Delegate District 44. The polling location will be at Maxwell Hill Elementary School.
PRECINCT 10: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 44. The polling location will remain at the Beckley City Hall. It is noted that upon renumbering this Precinct will now be known as Precinct 6.
PRECINCT 11: Precinct 11 was combined with Precinct 12 in Delegate District 44 and will be known as Precinct 7 due to renumbering. The polling location will remain at Park Middle School. It is noted that due to the House boundary, five voters are in Delegate District 42 and will have a different ballot style known as Precinct 7A.
PRECINCT 12: Precinct 12 was combined with Precinct 11 in Delegate District 44 and will be known as Precinct 7 due to renumbering. The polling location will remain at Park Middle School. It is noted that due to the House boundary, five voters are in Delegate District 42 and will have a different ballot style known as Precinct 7A.
PRECINCT 13: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at Woodrow Wilson High School. The Precinct will remain known as Precinct 13.
PRECINCT 14: Combined Precinct 14 with Precinct 15, now located in Delegate District 44. The polling location will be at Beckley Stratton Middle School. Due to renumbering, this Precinct will now be known as Precinct 8.
PRECINCT 15: Combined Precinct 15 with Precinct 14, as well as a portion of Precinct 16, now located in Delegate District 44. The polling location will be at Beckley Stratton Middle School. Due to renumbering, this Precinct will now be known as Precinct 8.
PRECINCT 16: Due to the location of the House line, Precinct 16 was split between Precinct 15 and 16. Precinct 16, due to renumbering, will be known as Precinct 12, in Delegate District 45. The polling place location will remain at Maxwell Hill Elementary School.
PRECINCT 17: Precinct 17 was combined with Precinct 18, in Delegate District 44. The polling place location will remain Stratton Elementary School. Due to renumbering this Precinct will be known as Precinct 9.
PRECINCT 18: Precinct 18 was combined with Precinct 17, in Delegate District 44. The polling place location will remain Stratton Elementary School. Due to renumbering this Precinct will be known as Precinct 9.
PRECINCT 19: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 44. The polling location will remain at Stratton Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 10.
PRECINCT 20: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 44. The polling location will remain at Beckley Stratton Middle School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 11.
PRECINCT 21: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Mabscott Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 40.
PRECINCT 22: Precinct 22 was consolidated with Precinct 31, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Hollywood Elementary School. Due to renumbering it will be known as Precinct 39.
PRECINCT 23: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Lester Town Hall. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 37.
PRECINCT 24: Precinct 24 was consolidated with Precinct 32, in Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 22.
PRECINCT 25: Precinct 25 was consolidated with Precinct 41, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Gospel Tabernacle. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 45.
PRECINCT 26: Precinct 26 was consolidated with Precincts 30 and 33, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Ridgeview Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 41.
PRECINCT 27: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Sophia United Methodist Church. The Precinct will be known as Precinct 43 due to renumbering.
PRECINCT 28: Precinct 28 was consolidated with Precinct 34, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Crab Orchard Baptist Church. The Precinct will be known as Precinct 42 due to renumbering.
PRECINCT 29: Precinct 29 was consolidated with Precincts 38, 40 and 48, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will be at Coal City Elementary School. The Precinct will be known as Precinct 46 due to renumbering.
PRECINCT 30: Precinct 30 was consolidated with Precincts 26 and 33, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Ridgeview Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 41.
PRECINCT 31: Precinct 31 was consolidated with Precinct 22, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Hollywood Elementary School. Due to renumbering it will be known as Precinct 39.
PRECINCT 32: Precinct 32 was consolidated with Precinct 24, in Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 22.
PRECINCT 33: Precinct 33 was consolidated with Precincts 26 and 30, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Ridgeview Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 41.
PRECINCT 34: Precinct 34 was consolidated with Precinct 28, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Crab Orchard Baptist Church. The Precinct will be known as Precinct 42 due to renumbering.
PRECINCT 35: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Hilltop Baptist Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 47.
PRECINCT 36: Precinct 36 was consolidated with Precinct 39, in Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Lester First Church of God. The Precinct will also remain numbered Precinct 36.
PRECINCT 37: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Sophia Freewill Baptist Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 44.
PRECINCT 38: Precinct 38 was consolidated with Precincts 29, 40 and 48, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will be at Coal City Elementary School. The Precinct will be known as Precinct 46 due to renumbering.
PRECINCT 39: Precinct 39 was consolidated with Precinct 36, in Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Lester First Church of God. The Precinct will be known as Precinct 36 due to renumbering and consolidation.
PRECINCT 40: Precinct 40 was consolidated with Precincts 29, 38 and 48, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will be at Coal City Elementary School. The Precinct will be known as Precinct 46 due to renumbering.
PRECINCT 41: Precinct 41 was consolidated with Precinct 25, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will be at Gospel Tabernacle. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 45.
PRECINCT 42: Precinct 42 was consolidated with Precinct 49, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Ghent Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 50.
PRECINCT 43: Precinct 43 was consolidated with Precinct 52 and a portion of Precinct 51, in Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at Piney View Bible Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 18.
PRECINCT 44: Due to the location of the House line, Precinct 44 was split into two separate precincts. One in Delegate District 42 and the other in Delegate District 43. The Precinct in Delegate District 42 will be known as Precinct 38. The Precinct in Delegate District 43 will be known as Precinct 32. The polling place location for both precincts will remain at Gracepointe Fellowship Church.
PRECINCT 45: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Liberty High School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 33.
PRECINCT 46: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Fairdale Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 34.
PRECINCT 47: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Bolt Church of God. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 35.
PRECINCT 48: Precinct 48 was consolidated with Precincts 29, 38 and 40, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will be at Coal City Elementary School. The Precinct will be known as Precinct 46 due to renumbering.
PRECINCT 49: Precinct 49 was consolidated with Precinct 42, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Ghent Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 50.
PRECINCT 50: Precinct 50 was consolidated with Precincts 51 and a portion of Precinct 58. The polling location will be located at Fellowship Bible Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 14.
PRECINCT 51: Due to the location of the House line, Precinct 51 was split into two separate precincts. One in Delegate District 44 and the other in Delegate District 45. The Precinct in Delegate District 44 was consolidated with Precinct 50 and a portion of Precinct 58 and will now be known as Precinct 14. The polling place location will be Fellowship Bible Church. The Precinct in Delegate District 45 was consolidated with Precincts 43 and 52 will be known as Precinct 18. The polling place location will be Piney View Bible Church.
PRECINCT 52: Precinct 52 was consolidated with Precinct 43 and a portion of 51, in Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at Piney View Bible Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 18.
PRECINCT 53: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Cranberry Prosperity Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 24.
PRECINCT 54: Precinct 54 was consolidated with Precincts 55 and 59 and a portion of 58, in Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at Bradley Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 20.
PRECINCT 55: Precinct 55 was consolidated with Precincts 54 and 59 and a portion of 58, in Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at Bradley Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 20.
PRECINCT 56: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Maxwell Hill Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 23.
PRECINCT 57: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at New Prospect Baptist Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 26.
PRECINCT 58: Due to the location of the House line, Precinct 58 was split into two separate precincts. One in Delegate District 44 and the other in Delegate District 45. The Precinct in Delegate District 44 was consolidated with Precincts 50 and a portion of 51 and will be known as Precinct 14. The polling place location will be Fellowship Bible Church. The Precinct in Delegate District 45 was consolidated with Precincts 54, 55 and 59 and will be known as Precinct 20. The polling place location will be Bradley Elementary School.
PRECINCT 59: Precinct 59 was consolidated with Precincts 54 and 55 and a portion of 58, in Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at Bradley Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 20.
PRECINCT 60: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Arnett Chapel. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 31.
PRECINCT 61: Precinct 61 was consolidated with Precinct 65, in Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Clear Fork District Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 27.
PRECINCT 62: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at the Upper Building at the Colcord Presbyterian Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 28.
PRECINCT 63: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at the New Life Assembly Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 29.
PRECINCT 64: Precinct 64 was consolidated with Precinct 68, in Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Marsh Fork Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 30.
PRECINCT 65: Precinct 65 was consolidated with Precinct 61, in Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Clear Fork District Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 27.
PRECINCT 66: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at the Maple Fork Baptist Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 19.
PRECINCT 67: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at the Dry Hill Prosperity Center. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 25.
PRECINCT 68: Precinct 68 was consolidated with Precinct 64, in Delegate District 43. The polling location will remain at Marsh Fork Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 30.
PRECINCT 69: Due to the location of the House line, Precinct 69 was split into two separate precincts. One in Delegate District 42 and the other in Delegate District 41. The Precinct in Delegate District 42 was consolidated with Precinct 71, with the polling location to be at Beaver First Baptist Church and due to renumbering is now known as Precinct 48. The other portion in Delegate District 41 was consolidated with Precincts 75 and 83. The polling location will be located at Daniels Bible Church. It is noted that due to renumbering this Precinct will be known as Precinct 51.
PRECINCT 70: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at the Woodrow Wilson High School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 17.
PRECINCT 71: Precinct 71 was consolidated with a portion of Precinct 69, located in Delegate District 42. The polling place location will remain at Beaver First Baptist Church and due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 48. Due to the location of the house line, it is noted that a portion of Precinct 71 is located in Delegate District 44 and, therefore, this portion will now be known as Precinct 15. The polling place location will be at Beaver First Baptist Church.
PRECINCT 72: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at the Beaver First Baptist Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 16.
PRECINCT 73: Precinct 73 was consolidated with Precinct 78, in Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at Daniels Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 21.
PRECINCT 74: Precinct 74 was consolidated with Precinct 82, in Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at Daniels Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 52.
PRECINCT 75: Precinct 75 was consolidated with Precinct 83 and a portion of Precinct 69, in Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at Daniels Bible Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 51.
PRECINCT 76: Precinct 76 was consolidated with Precinct 86, in Delegate District 41. The polling location will be located at Shady Spring High School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 54.
PRECINCT 77: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at the Shady Spring High School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 55.
PRECINCT 78: Precinct 78 was consolidated with Precinct 73, in Delegate District 45. The polling location will remain at Daniels Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 21.
PRECINCT 79: Precinct 79 was consolidated with Precinct 87, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Shady Spring Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 49.
PRECINCT 80: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at the Ghent VFD Station No. 2. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 57.
PRECINCT 81: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at the home of Dennis Surber. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 58.
PRECINCT 82: Precinct 82 was consolidated with Precinct 74, in Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at Daniels Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 52.
PRECINCT 83: Precinct 83 was consolidated with Precinct 75 and a portion of Precinct 69, in Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at Daniels Bible Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 51.
PRECINCT 84: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at the Shady Spring Pentecostal Holiness Church. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 53.
PRECINCT 85: No changes, with exception of location is now Delegate District 41. The polling location will remain at the Shady Spring High School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 56.
PRECINCT 86: Precinct 86 was consolidated with Precinct 76, in Delegate District 41. The polling location will be located at Shady Spring High School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 54.
PRECINCT 87: Precinct 87 was consolidated with Precinct 79, in Delegate District 42. The polling location will remain at Shady Spring Elementary School. It is noted that due to renumbering the Precinct will be known as Precinct 49.
These changes are being made due to the shift in population in accordance with the most recent Census and the State’s approval of the Congressional, Senatorial and House of Delegates Maps. Further, the Precincts described by census blocks pursuant to said most recent Census will become effective with the entry of this Order.

This will be a permanent change effective with the Primary Election of May 10, 2022.
