TO: JOHN DOE and all other unknown occupants of the 12.107 acres of real property along Wheeling Creek in Marshall County, West Virginia known as Map 2, Parcel 17.
The object of this civil action is to obtain an injunction for an order to remove the Respondent, GEORGE RENFORTH, III and JOHN DOE, and all other unknown occupants who are trespassing on the 12.107 acres of real property along Wheeling Creek in Marshall County, West Virginia, known as Map 2, Parcel 17, which is owned by the Petitioner, and to seek damages for the Respondents continuing trespass upon the property.
It appearing that there are, or may be, other persons whose names are unknown to the Petitioner who are occupying and trespassing on the property, and who are made a party to the Complaint filed in this matter by general description as unknown Respondents. It is hereby
ORDERED that each of said Respondents serve upon Gregory A. Gaudino, Petroplus & Gaudino, PLLC, whose address is 69 Fifteenth Street, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action within thirty (30) days, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office located at the Marshall County Courthouse, Moundsville, Marshall County, West Virginia.
