Beane, Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, at his chambers located at the Holmes Shaffer Judicial Building, One Government Square, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, West Virginia, on the 19th day of January 2022 at 1:30 o’clock p.m., at such time you may be present and heard if you so desire.
