THE OBJECT OF THIS ACTION IS TO PETITION THE COURT FOR THE NAME CHANGE OF I.R.S. TO I.R. TAYLOR.
Please take notice that Brenda Taylor, as legal guardian, on behalf of I.R.S., has petitioned the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia for change of name to I.R. Taylor. Anyone interested in or having objections to the same, shall appear on the date and time of hearing set forth below to make said objection.
A hearing will be held before the Honorable Darl Poling, Circuit Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia, at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, on January 3, 2022, at 3:30p.m.
A copy of the said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
