EXPRESSIONS OF
INTEREST
THE WHEELING PARK COMMISSION IS REQUESTING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR INSURANCE COVERAGES AT OGLEBAY RESORT AND WHEELING PARK IN WHEELING, WV.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the WHEELING PARK COMMMISION, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, will be accepting EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI)until 5PM on January 7, 2022 from qualified Insurance agencies to provide professional services for various insurance liabilities. Requirements will include providing updated property appraisals to insure adequate values to comply with WV Co-Insurance requirements.
EOI’S in the form of a letter with basic company information, experience, and contact information should be submitted to Mr. Uwe Roggenthien, VP of Administration for the Wheeling Park Commission, 465 Lodge Drive, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003.
All EOI’S must be received by the OWNER no later than 5:00 PM Friday, January 7, 2022.
