THE OBJECT OF THE ABOVE TITLED ACTION IS THE ADOPTION OF XANDER G. THOMAS DELAROSA AND FOR CHANGE OF NAME TO XANDER THOMAS BROWNING
It appearing by the Petitioners’ Affidavit for Order of Publication, herebefore filed in this action, that the whereabouts of the biological parents, Joshua DeLaRosa and Brittani Robinson, are unknown, it is hereby ordered that anyone interested in or having objections to the adoption of Xander G. Thomas DeLaRosa, including biological parents, Joshua DeLaRosa and Brittani Robinson, be notified that a hearing is scheduled before the Honorable Thomas H. Ewing, Circuit Court Judge of Fayette County, West Virginia, at the Fayette County Courthouse Annex, 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on February 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. on the petition to adopt said child. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. Please be advised that the parental rights of Joshua DeLaRosa and Brittini Robinson may be terminated in this proceeding.
