INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the turf soccer fields press box, rest rooms, and Concession building project will be received by the Village of Barboursville of Barboursville, West Virginia, Village of Barboursville Recorder’s Office, until 11:00 A.M., on Friday, February 1st 2022. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 A.M. in conference room, Village of Barboursville, 721 Central Avenue, Barboursville, West Virginia, 25504. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope. Bid documents may be picked up from the Village Recorder’s Office between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. beginning Monday January 10, 2022. The Scope of Work consists of constructing a new building to include two rest rooms, a utility room, a concession room, and a utility room at the newly constructed turf soccer fields located on Deer Run Road in the Barboursville Park.
