NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE
OF REAL PROPERTY FOR
DELINQUENT TAXES

Pursuant to the Order for Sale of Real Property for Delinquent Taxes entered by the Tazewell County Circuit Court on January 11, 2022, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, on January 21, 2022 at 9:00 AM, on the steps of the Tazewell County Courthouse, located at 135 Court Street – Suite 202, Tazewell, Virginia 24651, the following described property for payment of delinquent taxes:

That certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Tazewell County, Virginia, titled in the name of Promised Land Properties, LLC, and being .68 acres located on the waters of Wrights Creek, Bluestone, near Bluefield, as described in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 2014, Page 1145, being Tax Map Number 024 A 0112.

Should there be inclement weather on January 21, 2022 at 9:00 AM, said sale shall occur in the Board of Supervisors meeting room on the 1st floor of the Tazewell County Administration Building, located at 197 Main Street, Tazewell, Virginia 24651.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH – ten percent (10%) bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due thirty (30) days from the date of sale, payable by (a) cash, (b) money order, (c) cashier’s check, or (d) certified check.

TERMS OF SALE: MINIMUM BID REQUIRED – a minimum starting bid of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) will be required for purchase.

The property shall be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title free and clear of all liens except 2022 real estate taxes, which shall be prorated. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Tazewell County Circuit Court.
