(DOB: 7/7/2005) may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Fayette County, West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for Petitioner, Marie C. Bechtel, Esq., Legal Aid of West Virginia, 115 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, WV 25801.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on March 8, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. before the Hon. Thomas H. Ewing, Judge, in the Fayette County Courthouse Annex, 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
