IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-135 RUCHELLE WALKER, biological mother of infant D.R.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2021 and ROGER TODD FLATI, biological father of infant D.R.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2021, natural child of Ruchelle Walker.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect RUCHELLE WALKER, biological mother of infant D.R.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2021 and ROGER TODD FLATI, biological father of infant D.R.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2021.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that RUCHELLE WALKER and ROGER TODD FLATI have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant D.R.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2021. It is ORDERED that RUCHELLE WALKER and ROGER TODD FLATI are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 8th day of February, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of RUCHELLE WALKER, biological mother of infant D.R.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2021 and ROGER TODD FLATI, biological father of infant D.R.F., whose date of birth is September 21, 2021, may be terminated.
