LISA SMOOT, biological mother of infant J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021 and A.S., whose date of birth is October 5, 2011 and CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG, biological father of infant J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021, natural children of Lisa Smoot.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by LISA SMOOT, biological mother of infant J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021 and A.S., whose date of birth is October 5, 2011 and CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG, biological father of J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021, alleging that LISA SMOOT and CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J.S., whose data of birth is June 14, 2021 and A.S., whose date of birth is October 5, 2011. It is ORDERED that LISA SMOOT and CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG are notified that they may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 2nd day of February, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of LISA SMOOT, biological mother of infant J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021 and A.S., whose date of birth is October 5, 2011 and CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL LONG, biological father of J.S., whose date of birth is June 14, 2021, may be terminated.
