Town of Rainelle is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of three generators funded by the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (Project 4359-0002) detailed sealed bid specifications and questions can be requested by email to [email protected] or 304-438-7191 Ext. 101.
Sealed bids will be accepted by email, UPS, or hand delivered until 4:00 pm n January 19, 2022. Completed bid packets can be sent to Rainelle Town Hall, PO Box 648 (USPS), or 1233 Kanawha Avenue, Rainelle, WV 25962 **All must be clearly marked “GENERATOR SEALED BID” **. Any bid not meeting this requirement will not be accepted. The Town of Rainelle is not responsible for sealed bid packages that are not delivered by the deadline.
The Town of Rainelle reserve the right to reject any or all bids presented.
