PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville, WV will receive separate, sealed bids at their Administrative Offices until 1:30PM/EST on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2022, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Mail or hand-deliver bid packets to Shelley Glatzer, Executive Director, Moundsville Housing Authority, 501 Tenth Street, Moundsville, WV 26041. Bids will be received from only qualified contractors licensed to do business in the State of West Virginia with a minimum 5-years’ experience in work being performed.
