PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of February 7th 2022 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-96-22-1: Request of Timothy E. Holcomb, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 116 Harvey Ave., Oak Hill.
U-97-22-1: Request of Rachel Adkins & Nathaniel Adams, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 98 Mahan St., Oak Hill.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
