LEGAL NOTICE JANUARY 19, 2022 The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Akumin Corp., Plantation, Florida, CON File #22-3-12344-A, for the acquisition of Thaihot Investment Company US Limited, the sole owner of Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc, who is the sole owner of Alliance Oncology, LLC, a fifty percent owner of Charleston Radiation Therapy Centers. LLC, operating at the CAMC Cancer Center. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $22,250,954.
