It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Patricia Selbee & Frank Selbee and/or any current occupants are individual dependents & that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the dependents, without effect. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this actin that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire after being duly sworn, do say that I represent the plaintiff in the foregoing complaint now pending in the Magistrate Court of Wayne County, West Virginia; that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Patricia & Frank Selbee and/or any current occupants via personal service on November 12, 2021. It is ordered that dependents do serve upon Billy Dale Runyon, Wayne County magistrate, whose address is P.O. Box 667, Wayne, WV 25570 / 100 South Court St., an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 28, 2022, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against defendants at any time thereafter.
