BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Fayetteville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on the application of Hangdog Hostel, LLC., for a Special Use Permit to construct and operate a hostel on 4.52 acres located in an R-2 Zone at 252 Lively Street, Fayetteville, WV, as permitted as a special use under the Town’s Zoning Ordinance 1333.01(a)(2)(J).
The hearing will be at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, on the 28th day of February, 2022, in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV. Interested parties are invited to attend and present evidence to the Board at that time. The plans for the hostel may be viewed at the Fayetteville Town Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning today through February 28, 2022.
