Notice is hereby given that Norman Holdings, LLC, 202 School Drive, Belle, WV 25015 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number S301711 in order to revise the bonded area to reflect the actual coal seam location (Hughes Ferry seam), add 23.61 acres, delete 43.98 acres and to mine within 100 feet of County Route 14/1 (a public hearing may be requested).
The revised permit will discharge into Meadow of Gauley River of Kanawha River and is located 0.90 miles, southwest of Nallen in New Haven District of Fayette County. Longitude 80deg. 53′ 28″ and Latitude 38deg. 05′ 48″.
