NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY Please take notice that by Order entered on the 21st day of January, 2022, the undersigned Special Commissioner shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder that certain real property belonging to the defendants as the heirs at law of Floyd Ronald Edens, deceased, and as set out in that certain deed dated the 6th day of March, 1995, and recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 2358 at page 354, and more particularly described as being all of Lot No. 33 and part of Lot 32 of Block “W” in the City of Dunbar, Union District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, which sale is subject to any restrictions, judgements, liens, deeds of trust or unpaid real property taxes. That the undersigned Special Commissioner shall conduct said sale on the 17th day of February, 2022, at 11:30 am on the front steps of the (Virginia Street entrance) of the Kanawha County Courthouse, Charleston, West Virginia.
