Request for Proposals
The Raleigh County Commission is seeking proposals for a new IP=based camera system to be installed in the Raleigh County Day Report Center. System must be Digital Watchdog Spectrum, Axis, Imperial or the equivalent.
Each proposal must include:
1. An NVR 4K ready system
2. All network switches, etc. required for installation
3. 60 TB HD with 60-day recording retention
4. All CAT-6 or CAT-SE cabling and connectors necessary to complete the installation
5. All new wiring must be secured above the ceiling with j-hooks
6. Software with no annual licensing fees
7. A minimum five (5) year warranty on all equipment
8. A 64-camera capable system
9. 36 IP-based cameras as described below
a. 2 (two) 4MP outdoor P/T/Z cameras, IR with mounting arms and corner brackets
b. 4 (four) 4MP outdoor fixed 3mm bullet cameras, IR with mounting boxes
c. 3 (three) 4K outdoor fixed 3mm bullet cameras, IR with wall mounting boxes
d. 19 (nineteen) 4MP indoor fixed 3mm turret cameras, IR with mounting boxes
e. 8 (eight) 4K indoor fixed 3mm turret cameras, IR with mounting boxes
10. Connecting the new system to two existing televisions
11. Removing the existing DVR system (cameras, DVR and all cabling) preserving it for future use

All proposals must be marked “DRC Camera System” and mailed or hand-delivered to the Raleigh County Commission office at 116 ½ N Heber Street Beckley, WV 25801. The deadline for submission of proposals is 4:00 PM on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
