CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING and ABSTRACT OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given to any person interested that on January 26, 2022, the Board of the Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (the “Authority”) adopted an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT MORE THAN $7,000,000 TO FINANCE A PORTION OF THE COSTS OF ACQUIRING CERTAIN EMERGENCY, SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT AND CONSTRUCTING CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT YEAGER AIRPORT AND TO PAY OTHER COSTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF, AND THE SECURITY FOR, THE REGISTERED OWNERS OF SUCH BONDS; AND ENACTING OTHER PROVISIONS WITH RESPECT TO SUCH BONDS” BY INCREASING THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS THAT MAY BE ISSUED THEREUNDER TO $9,000,000. And which more specifically increases the aggregate principal amount of airport improvement revenue bonds that may be issued by the Authority from $7,000,000 to $9,000,000 under the ordinance previously enacted by the Board of the Authority on September 23, 2020 relating to the issuance of airport improvement revenue bonds. The Authority contemplates the enactment of the above-described Ordinance, and any person interested may appear before the Board of the Authority at a regular meeting thereof at 12:00 p.m., prevailing time, on February 23, 2022, at the Conference Room, Yeager Airport, Charleston, West Virginia, and present objections and be heard as to whether the above-described Ordinance shall be put into effect. A certified copy of the Ordinance as adopted by the Board of Authority on January 26, 2022, is on file at the Airport management office for review by interested persons during regular office hours, Monday through Friday. /s/ H.B.
