To: CYNTHIA KINCAID and JACOB A. WALKER, or their heirs at law, devisees, creditors, or representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property located at 710 BROAD STREET, MT. HOPE, West Virginia.

You will take notice that on October 29, 2021, an inspection was conducted at the above-described real estate located in the City of Mt. Hope in response to a complaint. The building inspector found many substandard conditions at that location and issued a Housing Code Order identifying the substandard conditions found and corrective measures to be taken to resolve these conditions.
This notice and order require the owner to comply with the order for corrective measures or to appear before the building inspector within ten (10) days of being served with the notice and order to show cause why the owner cannot or ought to not comply.
The ordinance specifies that if any building continues to be a nuisance, these proceedings may result in the dwelling being removed and demolished and the amount of the cost of such removal or demolition be charged to the owner and shall be a lien against the real property.
