AN ORDER APPROVING EMERGENCY CHANGE OF POLLING PLACE
WHEREAS, the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, was heretofore advised of the need to change a polling place in Fayette County, and the need to change the location of any polling places whenever the public convenience may require it in accordance with §3-1-7 of the Code of West Virginia, as amended;
WHEREAS, THE County Commission of Fayette County has been advised of the need to change the current polling place for Precinct 47.
NOW THEREFORE, Be It and It Is Hereby Resolved and Ordered by the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, as follows:
For voting purposes, both Early Voting and Election Day, the following change in location of a polling place in Fayette County effective for the 2022 Primary and General elections shall hereupon be known:
