Now comes the Petitioner, Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper by counsel, who state that the object of the above styled suit is to obtain a declaratory judgment removing cloud on title and reforming deed of trust regarding real estate commonly known as Lot 29 Maple Lane Heights, Fayetteville, WV 25840.
It is ordered that Respondents, Michael A. Wilson and Tracy Wilson, do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
