PHYLLIS JOLLY
You are hereby notified that your parental rights to Kierston Nicole Jolly (DOB: 04/25/2000) may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Fayette County, West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for Petitioner, Marie C. Bechtel, Esq., Legal Aid of West Virginia, 115 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, WV 25801.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
Be it further noticed to all persons that Kierston Nicole Jolly seeks a change of name to Alezabeth Danielle Rose Green.
A final hearing on the Petition for Adoption and Name Change proceedings will be held on March 25, 2022 at 1:15 p.m. before the Hon. Thomas Ewing, Judge, in the Fayette County Courthouse Annex, 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia or as soon thereafter as such hearing may be continued by the Court.
